kya kya, I swear there are so many visually appealing things in this painting that my brain is having a hard time processing this!!!! It's nice to see you use some bright, saturated colours hnnng~ I especially love that warm/cool contrast you've got going on with the dragon and the distant background there; it creates such an intense feast for the eyes man. 
The full view is stunning! I really like the fact that you're working on the face details/shadows a lot more recently, so keep that up ne! Even the small detail of shifting the direction of his eyes adds quite a lot of heaviness to this piece which is incredible. 
A little more refining here and there, and I'm sure you'll be able to create another masterpiece in due time! Don't stop drawing!!
